Improving business performance by focusing on people – opportunity to participate

Hemdean Consulting is working in partnership with BSRIA on a project supported by CITB-ConstructionSkills. This is an opportunity for medium-sized contractors to receive individual support from two experienced facilitators – David Churcher and Judy Payne – following a tried and tested process for unearthing, understanding and solving people problems.

The initiative is supported by CITB-ConstructionSkills, which means the support is available to you at a fraction of its real cost. The number of organisations we can support through this project is limited to six. Participants must be CITB levy-payers.
